Audi Next Generation
We had been tasked to create tactical and execution-based project ideas that would build a structure for myAudi's Next Gen digital ownership experience for long-term customers. Between the Brand Digital, Strategy & CRM teams, we provoked a number of UI/UX driven thought processes to identify a variety of opportunities, including digitalisation, sustainability, and mobility infrastructures. The following screen flows explore the Next Gen digital ownership concepts born out of trend research and user-testing with Audi owners in Miami and LA.
